can anyone identify this cylinder graphophone with the governor near the player? There are no identification marks. I would love to be able to get some info including a diagram and list of parts.

At first glance, it appears to be an Edison Class M that has been modified from electric to spring motor with the crank on the front.  However your picture is out of focus and not close up.  Can you take better focused pictures, close up, without all of the extra stuff in the pictures?  Do several, front, back, sides, top, etc.  That would help greatly...
