Seeking box for Richards cylinder blank (or photos of it)

Hi,

 

For my book project about cylinder record brands I am seeking an example of the attached box for a cylinder record blank made by Charles A. Richards / Richards Laboratories. I suppose there were different label variations too. Does anyone here have one of them? I would love to buy it, either the empty box or with the blank cylinder in any condition. Alternatively I would be happy too, if I could at least get photos of a box from all sides.
