Unfortunately, there is no other good quality photograph I can share with you, but I zoomed in and took this one. Yes, the horn is painted red inside. I was searching for brands' logos from sellers and manufacturers and find out that J. Girard et Cie. in Paris (round dark logo, see picture) used to sell Zon-O-Phone gramophones (red paint inside the horn). This was the closest I can get!
