What is the model of this gramophone? What is the value? How old is he?

I was wondering how old this gramophone is, if it's worth anything, and the model. 

It looks like there was done some tweaking here and there. Since there are parts from other brands on this gramophone.
If you could help me with this that would be great!

It appears to be a Pathe phonograph with a Thorens reproducer.  Phonographs like this, especially with mixed parts, unfortunately have little collector interest or value...
