Columbia AK Graphophone found in ITALY (Tuscany near Florence)

Hi everybody. I am an Italian collector of old radios. I am not a connoisseur of gramophones but I am fascinated by them. Last day I found a Columbia AK Graphophone in a town near Florence in a house that had been closed for over sixty years! Can you help me understand why this specimen of mine is equipped with a green horn while all those known in the USA are equipped with a 16-inch black horn? do any of you have a general catalog where you can also see a version similar to mine? Thanks for your help. Marco

Others will know better but I think yours is an aftermarket accessory.  You might find some advert for it in "Talking Machine World" online.  Anway it's certainly an attractive machine.  Congratulation!

Oh and greetings from Praga.  🙂

I like it! My AK is one of my favorite machines. As my collection grew my love of little grew and the AK is a great little machine.
