Pathe DIY fix?

I have a Pathe 75. The arm has broken off, which is not a big deal. But there is a part on the needle case mechanism that disallows for the needle to stay in place. Which means that i have to manually place it…meaning that I am screwing up my discs (and they are not making new ones).
Also, I could use some advice on oiling up the RPM dial.
I am no aficionado. I have lived, loved and used this machine for a few years. It needs some love. Thank you in advance!

Mainspring

Perhaps some photos of the problem(s) would help us out a bit. Nothing like a picture to tell a story.

Is the tension bolt for the reproducer not tightening/missing? I agree some pictures could help
