Seems too good to be true at $400 even though it is just the shaver.

Ken, I agree.  I'd happily pay that - and more - for that shaver.  However, local pickup in Fort Scott, Kansas, likely hurt the realized price.  As they say in real estate, "Location, location, location!"

Fort Scott is in the middle of nowhere, but if you were traveling west by wagon train or train, it's between Wichita and St. Louis just north of Indian territory...
