I bid on four items.  Thought my bids were generous but lost all four.....  ?

I thought prices went high across the board.

The internet auction premiums were ridiculous. I think to feel like you got a deal you would have had to been there in person.

My first memories of the antique village at Union was buying my first Amberola, first Standard, first wax cylinders and how affordable they were. Do not remember exactly the prices though but I could afford them. Nowadays I cannot afford much and certainly never go to auctions which I think drive prices up. I went to Union about two years ago and found very little with my little money. No need to go again.

I attended the auction, I was encouraged as a collector that the prices were strong, I did purchase six machines , 5 inexpensive machines to  resale and one machine to keep .
