Accessory grill front for cabinet phonographs

I acquired this many years ago and have had it hanging on the wall in my phonograph room. I believe it to be a replacement grille for a cabinet phonograph that could be ordered for your phonograph in any size. It is a painted screen with the frame measuring 18 3/4" wide and 12 1/2" high. The name Artiso is printed on the lower frame of the grille.  I thought I tracked it down in Talking Machine World many years ago, but I am not sure. I installed the small round hanging clip on top so that I could hang it. If anybody has seen another, or can find it advertised in TMW, please let me know. Thanks.
