Inigo Posted August 14, 2023 Posted August 14, 2023 What interesting collections! I'm green with envy... 😃
phonogfp Posted January 4, 2025 Author Posted January 4, 2025 It's been awhile. Does anyone have any additions they'd like to add? George P.
nippers_lounge Posted January 6, 2025 Posted January 6, 2025 (edited) Here are my phonographs. Edited January 6, 2025 by nippers_lounge
phonogfp Posted January 6, 2025 Author Posted January 6, 2025 Nicely framed advertisements really set off your collection. I wish I had your wall space! What's that interesting cabinet under your Type BF Graphophone? George P. 1
nippers_lounge Posted January 6, 2025 Posted January 6, 2025 Thank you George! That is a Tiger Oak record Cabinet, of unknown manufacturing?
nippers_lounge Posted January 6, 2025 Posted January 6, 2025 (edited) Here is the record cabinet opened. The top two slots can hold 10 inch 78’s and the bottom holds 12 inch. I don’t keep records in this one as the record sleeves don’t fit well. It can hold records without sleeves. Edited January 6, 2025 by nippers_lounge 1
phonogfp Posted January 7, 2025 Author Posted January 7, 2025 Thanks for posting pictures of that wonderful record cabinet! George P. 1
nippers_lounge Posted January 8, 2025 Posted January 8, 2025 Wow! Nice collection. I have that exact same Victor Mirror. The one on the top left.
phonogfp Posted January 9, 2025 Author Posted January 9, 2025 Gee - what do you have against Victors? 😃

The O in the middle of the top shelf got demoted to the floor and replaced with a rigid arm E. It's a nipper eat nipper life on those shelves... .

Jerry Posted January 9, 2025 Posted January 9, 2025 Very nice collection! I have the same record cabinet in oak. It's one of my very best finds. Yours looks beautiful!
phono-phan Posted January 9, 2025 Posted January 9, 2025 I have been reluctant to add my pictures because my "Phonospace" never looks in order. Sorry for the mess. 2
phonogfp Posted January 9, 2025 Author Posted January 9, 2025 Another guy who doesn't like Victors! 😄 You have an outstanding collection, Ken! Thanks for posting! George P.
phono-phan Posted January 9, 2025 Posted January 9, 2025 I've exhausted the saying "There is always room for one more" 1
phono-phan Posted January 9, 2025 Posted January 9, 2025 I'm on the look out for a hand wind Victor D. That would round out the Victor horn machine collection. A Victor Toy is on its way here. I don't think I will ever be able to acquire the Victor MD.

Kiwiatlarge Posted January 9, 2025 Posted January 9, 2025 1 hour ago, phonogfp said: "Victor MD?" George P. I wish I had as much space as Ken! Now if I could take over my wife's she-shed.... But then I would have the whole house to myself and no money left for any phonographs. Ken is way, way ahead of me on Victors. I still need the Victor A, and B, and both hand-wound toys. We all need something to look forward to! I will post pictures when I get my display of all four Victor MS oak variations put together. Still waiting on a couple of repairs on the rigid arm motor. I know there are also Mahogany versions of the MS, but for now oak will have to do.
