Analogous Posted December 31, 2020 Share Posted December 31, 2020 Last month, the LA Times did a series of articles on the Cylinder Doctor, Mike Khanchalian, and me as well as other people in SoCal (e.g., David Seubert, UCSB) who are focused on the study and preservation of early recordings. It got a lot of press, particularly in the print edition that put me on the front page with my Concert Polyphone! Based on the interest generated by these articles, UCSB and the LA Times have organized a Zoom meeting with all of us next Thursday.
