RichardLee Posted January 12 Posted January 12 My wife and I recently found this Burns Pollock phonograph lamp for restoration at an area flea market. I know it uses an electric motor to play records and has an acoustic reproducer and speaker through the bottom of the base. The Capitol reproducer is in very good condition. It needs the cloth lamp shade cover and cloth that goes around it as well as the small light on the top surface. The electric motor is there. I know it is from the late 1920s. Does anyone know if there are reproductions of the lamp shade cover and the cloth that goes around it available? Do some people create their own? There is a gentleman in my area who repairs antique radios and phonographs so I am not concerned about the motor. If you have one of these phonographs in your collection, I would enjoy seeing other examples. Any additional information would be appreciated. Rick
