maginter Posted December 14 Posted December 14 (edited) Hi All, it is time to clear some space for some other machines all in an effort to not end up on the TV show Hoarders….LOL I have a nice Victor Victrola, model VV-XVII. It is a nice representation that is complete. The motor has been cleaned and maintenance for years of enjoyment. The cabinet is in good condition with some light crazing of the finish. No missing ornament and damage. For those that are new to phonographs, this model was one of the higher end upright machines that Victor made at the time. From the Serial Number, this machine was made in the 4th Quarter of 1916. This is a great machine and plays strong. Please let me know if you have any questions or would like any additional pictures. phonogfp Posted December 14 Posted December 14 Mark, your machine is a XVII - not a XII (which was a table model). Nice machine - - good luck with the sale! George P. 1
maginter Posted December 16 Author Posted December 16 Hey George, Yes it was a sticky keyboard.... All corrected now. Definitely not a XII.....
