Hi! Everyone,

I am new here so please bear with me..

I have a small collection of gramophones...which are as follows...

H.M.V 157...Cabinet Grand...

H.M.V. 102H...(Portable)...

COLUMBIA ..."Viva-Tonal" Grafonola...this particular model is slightly smaller than the 102...and apparently was it's Budget Equivalent!

and

my Pride and Joy...My "Unnumbered Decca" late 1928...(Very Short Production Run!...A few months later it was "Upgraded" and given an "Automatic" Brake!)

1" thick Doors...

Garrard Deck...

Elaborately Decorated Doors + "Burr Walnut" facing on lid front and Top portion of Doors..

Large "Audioscopic" horn, in Double "Saxophone" configuration...

Large Original Sounbox (Possibly "Paillard".)...

If ever I part with any of the above,I am most anxious that they should go to "Good Homes"...(This aspect bothers me the most)...

Thank you for reading this...

Your Views and ideas are very welcome...

Presented by "Decca" late 1928 to compete with the Re-entrants on the market!

Nice collection...  I'm curious about your horn -

"Large "Audioscopic" horn, in Double "Saxophone" configuration"...

Would you mind sharing pictures?

hello! Curt...

Thank you for your interest in my "Decca" Machine...

To be fair it is impossible for me to do as you ask, since it would involve dismantling the Gramophone...

(My description of it's features have come direct from "Information" about this "Rare" Model, that I gleaned from the Internet shortly after I aqquired her!...)

I hope this helps,

Kind Regards,

John....

John,

Sorry, I misunderstood.  I thought you were referring to an external horn, not the Decca internal horn, which should have been obvious...
