Seeking repair expert for an Edison Phonograph in Washington DC area

Hello, I have a Edison Phonograph. It's in good condition except the wind-up crank seems disconnected. It just spins and clearly disengaged. I live in the Washington D.C. area and would like to have it repaired nearby so I don't have to risk damaging it in shipment. Is a qualified repair person available?
