Vulcan Records: A First Class Vendor!

I recently placed an order with Vulcan records. As mistakes sometimes happen, the wrong record was delivered. Upon contacting them, it was admitted that a mistake was made and that the desired title would be available in 1 - 2 weeks time. I would be informed of its availability and, as I offered, I would happily pay for the correct copy. A couple days ago, I got a notice that a package was on its way from the UK... the correct record! Without going into detail, Duncan, at Vulcan records, had made everything more than right, and had done so with kindness and customer service not often found these days! How nice to find a great vendor!  Buy from Vulcan with confidence!

BTW, the cylinder sounds great! Title is, "That's My Weakness Now". A favorite of mine and my wife.

I have purchased many cylinders from Vulcan, and found them to be professional and prompt and, of course, the cylinders are great as well.
