Can anyone explain this???

Awhile ago, I ran across this image on a Chinese phonograph website and saved this picture.  It appears to be like the famous Edison cement cylinder machine... any ideas?

Its also popped up on the TMF and some of the Facebook groups. There appears to be very little to no provenance on it. (I.E. auction records or any origin.) It's likely a reproduction made by the collection owner with a little artistic licensing. I remember someone mentioning they visit the region occasionally, and might check it out, but never heard a follow up.
