PHONOMIKE Posted March 15 Posted March 15 Up for grabs is another from my collection. This early Victor 6. The case was refinished some time ago and is still very nice. The gold was all replated at the same time and is in excellent show condition. It has the early bevel drive 3 spring motor and yielding turntable. It looks as if it just came out of the factory. The back bracket has the correct gold scroll. A nice machine in any collection. The motor was rebuilt and runs quiet and strong. The only negative is there is a small piece missing on the back bracket where the horn clip would go. Threads are still good so a clip can still be used, it just has a small piece missing. Gold reproducer was rebuilt and has correct working early speed control that has "76" on it as well as "80" RPM. Brake works as is should. It doesn't come with a horn so you have options on what you can use whether its a black and brass, black flower, mahogany speartip or brass B24 would all be correct for this machine. Pictures show the condition and can answer many questions but if you have any, reach out to me for answers or more pictures. I can bring this to Stanton's next month and would prefer not to ship or risk going that route with such a nice machine. Asking $3,500 Mike
