Sonora Nocturne Parts and Advice

I am a newbie but I have restored two Victrola motors including removing, cleaning and re-greasing the main springs.

I have a Sonora Nocturne now that needs some parts that I can't seem to locate. I need the governor springs and weights.

I would also like to clean and re-grease the main springs but they are completely different than anything I've seen online.

I am hesitant to try to take them apart before I get some advice. Any guidance will be greatly appreciated.

What is wrong with the governor springs & weights that you're showing us??

 

Also, aside from general maintenance maybe, why do you want to work on the main springs? Do they "thump" while playing, or act up in any other way? If not, it may be best to leave them alone. You know the old saying, "If it ain't broke..."

Nothing is wrong with these but I have an identical unit that needs a whole new set and I would like to have spares for the future as well.

I would like to clean and re-grease the main springs is all. I haven't tried doing that on this type of barrels yet. Just trying to learn all I can.
