Wanted: ON - OFF buttons for Columbia Type C Graphophone

My type CI Graphophone is in need of the OFF - ON buttons on the mandrel clutch mechanism.  The first image (taken from the web) shows the buttons in place on an older machine.  The second image shows the detail of one of the buttons needed.  Unfortunately, that particular button is broken at the neck area.  The third image shows where the buttons should go on my machine.  The last image is the data plate on my machine for reference.  The buttons need to be in good condition, no cracks or splits and preferrably with the attaching screws.  Thanks for looking.
