Christmas Time In Merry England - Anonymous band (ca. 1906)

This exact selection is all over the web attributed to the Edison Concert Band.  The cylinder itself is a black wax "London Popular Record", catalog number 1001.  There is no attribution as to the concert band performing the selection on the cylinder itself or the box lid.  The announcement doesn't sound like an Edison announcement.  So, who is it really?  The slight flutter in the audio is on the cylinder itself, not in the playback machine.
