Victor Electrola 12-15E Missing Parts

I found this phonograph 2 years ago on the curb, I have already done some repairs and cleaning up. It still has the motor, the main wiring harness and most of the hardware, everything that is there is in very good condition and works, I was just wondering if anyone has any leads to finding some of the needed parts to have it closer to working. The amplifier, speaker, reproducer and switches are gone and the tone arm is broken, but its still too nice to part out. Any help or advice is much appreciated.

Since this post was made I have bought the correct tonearm with the magnetic pickup and fixed the missing piece of trim on the door.

Oh wow. The speed change switch is very cool.

At this point I have found some of the missing parts and repaired most of the damage to the cabinet, and rewired the motor .The only components still missing are the AP-736 amplifier and the speaker. I hope you enjoy the progress so far.

The 736 Amp is a hard one to find. Do keep in mind that your VE12-15E is a later version that has a 8" speaker instead of 6" speaker. That 8" too is harder to find as well. If I see either of these come up I will pass the information along to you.

Can another amplifier and speaker be substituted, until the real thing comes along?
