What's up with Charley Hummel's collection?

I just heard that Charley's collection is being liquidated...  Who's liquidating it and why hasn't it been advertised?

Hey Curt ~ 

 

Myself and 3 other collectors purchased Charley's collection in its entirety. To say the collection is being "liquidated" is not 100% correct. Amongst us 4 we purchased the collection to add to our own. We will slowly begin offering other pieces to the collecting community through one-on-one sales, online ads, and at phonograph shows.

I was saddened to hear of Charley's passing.  I had actually Emailed him on the very day he passed away.  I'm interested in any Bettini items in his collection.  I know Charley owned a ca. 1904 Bettini catalogue, and that was why I Emailed him that day.  I had asked for photocopies of it.  Please Email me at robbiesmile6@gmail.com    Thank you Robert Feinstein
