Edison Standard (1898 version) instructions!

A Facebook friend posted this wonderful PDF of the operating instructions that came with the very early Edison Standard phonographs! What a wonderful gift to all collectors!  I have yet to see it posted here, so I decided to post it myself for the benefit of those in need or those who are just interested! MANY thanks to fellow collector Michael Sims!

Thank you for posting.   These are for the rare short-lived Standard Speaker.  One slip of the adjusting arm and the cutting stylus is chewing your expensive wax cylinder.

I've got a couple of those Standard Speakers on an Early Standard and on a Class M.   You are dead right RodPickett.  The Automatic was a huge improvement in practicality and also sound quality.
