Polk Miller Biography

I seem to recall that a few years back someone announced that they were writing a new biography of Polk Miller. It is a long shot but does anyone know who this was or where to find the info about it. Thanks

Several years ago Ken Flaherty published a CD collection with all of Polk Miller's recordings, in all formats (2-minute Gold-Moulded, 4-minute wax Amberol, 4-minute Blue Amberol). It was issued along with a deeply researched biography, well-illustrated. It was nominated for a Grammy but unfortunately didn't win. I don't know if Ken has any left. I have that, this biography I am interested in is new. Of course, I may be misremembering.
