Anyone know about this band

I have a 1936-1946 Victor 78 from "The Skaters Band" I've tried doing research on the band, but no results appear. Label color is gold on black, and has the songs "Three o'clock in the morning" and "Man on the flying trapeze".

 

Anyone know anything? Are they just a forgotten band?
