About 6 years ago I liquidated the huge “Dr. Z”estate collection, which was local to me. I would shuttle back and forth once or twice a week to pick up a truckload of stuff. On one of my first runs, his son lamented that a very valuable ring could not be located. I suggested we take a look inside of the stuff presently inside of my truck. Sure enough, inside the lower compartment of a Regina Hexaphone, we found the ring (valued at about $100k) and a plastic bucket filled with gold teeth salvaged from the mouths of countless patients over the years.
