Hi all, I recently acquired a Silvertone   Portable wind up gramophone, having a hard time finding any information about this machine. Anyone have a source of info and/or parts. It’s not in bad shape winds up spins brake works, missing screws to hold tone arm on and looks like a piece to attach reproducer might be missing . Any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks

I was able to find out that Sears did make them but that’s about all, No it has Silvertone Portable written in gold on the front of  record holder, I don’t see any other marking except proof /trademarks on the spring and motor housings

My guess is that it is from the 30s-40s.  For parts I would keep a eye on ebay and also their is a guy in Michigan that has a warehouse full of parts. But he is out for the season
